1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 T. olive oil
5 cups water
1 cup celery
28 ounce can tomatoes
1 pound ground beef
1 can kidney beans
8 ounces cooked dilatani pasta
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic and celery in olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in water, tomatoes, beans, cooked pasta and seasoning. Reduce heat and simmer to merge flavors.
