2 lbs yellow chocolate
2 T. paramount crystals
1 dram of pina colada oil
1 1/2 c. marshmallow cream
2 c. desiccated coconut
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 lbs. of yellow chocolate with @ T. paramount crystals. Mix in 1 dram of pina colada oil. Add 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts. Stir until just blended and immediately pour into a wax paper lined pan. Let set overnight. Cut into pieces. Store candy in an airtight container. If you like coconut this fudge is a dream!
