Refrigerated Pie Crust
1 small carton whipping cream
1 dozen eggs (small)
1 cup chopped ham or crispy bacon
dash of salt, pepper, parsley, sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cut piecrust to fit 16 small muffin cups. Use a blender to whip up eggs, whipping cream and spices. Stir in ham or bacon. Fill cups, bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.

This recipe was on a card in my recipe box in my handwriting so I assume I’ve made these at one time or the other. Sounds good anyway.
