1 16 ounce can artichokes (not marinated)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Chop artichokes, mix all together, bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with party crackers

This came from a GE pal of mine, Anne Chaffin who later became Anne DePrez when she married another GE pal of mine, Ron Deprez. She used to grow orchids which I thought was a very exotic hobby. Haven’t seen either of them for years. None of this information has anything to do with the recipe.
