MEATBALLS:
1 1/2 pound ground beef (I prefer sirloin)
1/2 pound ground veal
1/3 cup parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup catsup
2 tablespoons minced onion

SAUCE:
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 12 ounce bottle chili sauce
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef and veal with other ingredients and mix well (use your hands). Form into small bite-sized balls. Place (uncooked) into baking dish. Makes about 80 meatballs. Put cranberry sauce ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until jelly is melted. Pour over meat balls. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
