1 pound Kraft Velveeta Cheese
6 ounces Cheddar Cheese, grated
7 ounce jar of Diced Pimento, drained
1/4 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
Dash of Tabasco (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Let cheeses get to room temperature. Place in mixing bowl and add pimento and mayonnaise. Mix on medium speed until well blended. More mayo may be needed to get right consistency. Place in refrigerator. Keep on hand for after school snack.
