1 lb fresh Cranberries
1 Orange
1 C Sugar (about 1/8 of skin and rest of orange)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 3 oz packages Cherry, Raspberry or Cranberry jello
1 1/2 C Boiling Waters
1 C Cranberry Juice or any fruit Juice you prefer
1 small can of Crushed Pineapple
1/2 C finely chopped Celery
1/2 C chopped Pecans
Optional medium Apple chopped.

Directions:

Grind together cranberry and orange. Add sugar and lemon juice and let mixture set 1 hour.

Mix together jello, water, cranberry juice and pineapple juice. When jello starts to thicken, add cranberry mixture, celery, pecans, pineapple and apple.
