2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa (I use Hershey’s)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. Splenda brown sugar
˝- 1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium pan. Add cocoa and vanilla. Then add ˝ of whipping cream and all of brown sugar.

**Add more whipping cream as needed to thin out glaze.

Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Stir mixture 1 minute with wooden spoon and pour on hot/warm cake, after poking holes.

Let cool 1 hour before serving.

I came up with this recipe by using Grandma's (Amelia Steen) recipe and substituting Splenda brown sugar and whipping cream, instead of regular milk for a low sugar version chocolate glaze. It's still wonderful and taste great on a chocolate cake.
