1 Tbsp butter
1/2 red pepper, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/4 tsp salt
4 ounces ham steak, diced
1 Tbsp minced parsely
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Add bell pepper, onion and salt and cook. stirring occasionally, until onion begins to soften, 5 -7 minutes. Add ham and cook until bell peppers begin to brown, about 2 minutes. Add parsley, garlic, and hot sauce and cook for 30 seconds. Transfer to small bowl and cover to keep warm.
