14 oz bag shredded hashbrowns
1/2 cup oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken diluted with 1/2 can water
16oz sour cream
1 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups corn flakes
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir hashbrowns, oil, pepper, onion, soup, and sour cream together.
Spread into 9x13 pan
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top
Crush corn flakes in plastic bag with rolling pin and sprinkle on top of cheese.
Drizzle melted butter over top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
