2 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 C Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 C Pumpkin
1 C Oil
Chopped Nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, including sugar. Add eggs, pumpkin and oil. Mix; blend in nuts or save the nuts for top of frosting. Bake in 2 greased and floured 8 inch round cake pans at 350 for about 25 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. Top with nuts.
