1 Bag of Cranberries
1 Pomegranate
1 pt. Raspberries
2 boxes of sugar free jello (1 Raspberry & 1 Cranberry)

You can change up this recipe by using different flavored jello, adding other fruit like blueberries, strawberries, orange or apples

Spice it up a bit - Add some fresh ginger or a just a touch of fresh ground nutmeg

1 - using food processor chop cranberries until fine

2 - cut & deseed your pomegranate All you need to do is cut it in half as normal, push out the center a bit, then just start whacking the back of it with a wooden spoon. If done correctly, all the seeds should fall right out into the bowl in just a few seconds.

3 - boil 1 Cup water, add 2 packs of jello & stir until dissolved, add 1 Cup cold water

4 - pour jello into bowl with chopped cranberry & pomegranate seeds & chill untill set

12/21/17 - I swapped out the Raspberries this year for some crisp Bartlett Pears & used a cranberry/raspberry juice instead of water...it turned out amazing!!
