3 T cocoa
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 cups Wondra Instant Flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
3 T cocoa
6 T milk
1 box confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Combine cocoa, butter, oil and water. Bring to a boil. Let cool. Combine sugar and flour in large bowl. Pour in cooled cocoa mixture and beat until smooth. Beat in remaining cake ingredients. Place in greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.

When the cake has 10 minutes left to cook, begin frosting. Combine all ingredients except sugar until butter melts. Add sugar. Stir well. Beat until thick. Spoon over hot cake.
