Half pound bacon
2 T Brown Sugar
2 T Maple Syrup
2 t Bourbon Whiskey
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Cut bacon strips in half
Mix together the sugar, syrup and whiskey.
Transfer bacon to bowl and toss with topping until coated
Line a baking sheet with foil and place on top rack
Lay bacon on rack
Back 25-30 minutes until cripsty. Watch closely the last 5 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
