1 T. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T flour
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup asiago or Parmesan cheese
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 carrot, thinly sliced
4 cups hot whole wheat linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Saute garlic. whisk in flour and cook for 3 minutes. Add in milk. Stir until mixture boils and is slightly thickened. Whisk in cream cheese and Parmesan or Asiago until smooth 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm. Meanwhile place vegetables in steamer and steam 3 minutes until tender crisp. In large bowl, toss pasta and vegetables with sauce. Serve.
