2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal (powder down in food processor)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
24oz semi sweet choc chips
1 8oz Hershey bar, grated
3 cups nuts, chopped any kind

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream butter and both sugars then add eggs and vanilla. In another bowl combine: flour, oatmeal salt, baking powder & baking soda. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet. Fold in chocolate chips,grated Hershey bar & nuts. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. Use a small ice cream scoop for golf ball size cookies placing 2 inches apart. Cook 6-8 minutes or until done
