Meatball : double order (can cut in 1/2 if necessary or freeze half)
2 lbs ground round beef
2 large cloves garlic or 4 if small
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Italian Bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 eggs
1 cup milk

Sauce:
2 cloves of garlic
2 TBL olive oil
16oz can tomato sauce
14oz can tomato paste
3 cans of water
heaping TBL of parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 TBL sugar
1 lb of pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the meatball ingredients together and form into balls using hands or small ice cream scooper. Brown in some olive oil on all sides until mostly cooked. In another pot, saute garlic in olive oil slightly then add all sauce ingredients. When meatballs are browned add to sauce pot. Cover to finish cooking. When oil and meatballs come to the top of the sauce, meatballs are done. Serve hot with pasta.
