1 Bar German Sweet Chocolate
2 TBL butter
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 TBL sugar
1/2 cup milk
9 oz cool whip
1 Graham cracker crust or chocolate cookie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Over double boiler, melt chocolate with 2 TBL butter.
In a bowl, beat soft cream cheese with 2 TBL sugar. Once combined add 1/2 cup milk. Add chocolate to cream cheese mixture. Fold in cool whip and pour into prepared crust. Cover with foil and freeze until firm. Can be made a day ahead. Keep left over's in freezer.

To make your own crust: use graham cracker crumbs or purchase 1 box of Chocolate teddy grahams and add to 1/2 sick melted butter. Press into spring form pan (works best) or pie plate. Bake for 7 minutes and cool completely before pouring in ingredients above.
