1 small onion minced
1 tbsp. shortening
1 can (10 3/4 oz) beef gravy
2 c cubed cooked beef
1 c cubed cooked carrots
1/2 c cooked peas
2 c seasoned mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion lightly in shortening. Combine with beef gravy, beef, carrots, and peas. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spoon potatoes on top. Bake at 450ºF about 25 min or until potatoes are lightly browned.
