Crust:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Second Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2/ of a Large tub (12 oz) of Cool whip

Third Layer:
2 small boxes instant pistachio pudding (or any other flavor)
3 c. milk

For crust:
Melt butter in pan. Add flour (& pecans if desired) and press in the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Second Layer:
Using mixer, whip the cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar together and spread on top of the cooled crust. Chill for 20 minutes.
Third Layer:
Whip pudding and milk together. Pour over cream cheese layer and chill. Spread remaining cool whip over the top.
