1 pkg German choc. cake mix
1 pkg Kraft caramels 14(Oz)
1 Sm. pkg. choc.chips
1 cup chopped nuts ( walnuts)
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour 1/2 cake mix into a well- greased 9x13 pan.
Bake 20 mins at 300. In double broiler, melt caramels,butter,milk. after cake has cooled a bit,pour caramel mixture over cake,sprinkle choc, chips and walnuts over caramel.Pour rest of cake mix over top and bake 20 mins at 250 and 10 min at 350. Great with Ice cream.
