1 c sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c light cream
1 c diced cooked turkey
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 c cooked spaghetti cut in 1" pieces
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add cream and cook until thickened stirring constantly. Add turkey, salt, pepper, celery salt and spaghetti and heat thoroughly. Turn into greased shallow baking dish or four individual ramekins. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. Place under broiler until browned. Serve at once.
