1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 T butter
1 large onion, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 jar cheez whiz
3 cups rice, prepared
1 large bag of frozen broccoli, prepared
6 slices of bacon, sautéed and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Combine sautéed vegetables with prepared rice, broccoli, cheez whiz and canned soups. Turn into greased casserole (9 x 12") dish. Top with diced bacon. Bake 375º for 45 minutes until bubbly.

This feeds a crowd. We always had this at family gatherings growing up. I have changed the recipe and lightened it up but have included this since it is a family memory.
