Variety of vegetables.
Vegetable broth
Milk or cream

Combos:
4 tomatoes, 5 carrots, 4 leeks

diced potatoes, onion, garlic

tomatoes, carrots, leeks, zucchini, red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Roast variety of vegetables for 30 minutes in oven. Place in large soup pan with container of vegetable broth. Cook on low 30 minutes. Puree and return soup to pan. Add milk or cream. Heat through. Season and serve.
