1. Peel, cut, and boil potatoes until tender.
2. Put enough milk and butter in a microwaveable dish to whip the potatoes together. You can always add more. Heat the mixture until butter is melted and milk is hot. Approximately 3 mins.
3. Drain potatoes and immediately mash with milk/butter mixture. Add salt to taste. Salt is the key! So you must use. Whip together until light and fluffy.

Everyone loves Scott's potatoes. While I don't normally add salt to anything, I do when making these potatoes. Delicious. We all love them!
