2 packages active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
4-4 1/2 cups bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and sprinkle cornmeal in 2-8" loaf pans. In large bowl combine 1 1/2 cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In small saucepan heat water and oil until 130º. Add warm liquid and egg to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour to form stiff batter. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cover with a towel. Let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size. Stir down dough vigorously 30 seconds. Spoon into prepared pans. Cover and let rise in warm place again until double in size, 45-60 minutes. Heat oven to 375º. Bake 15-20 minutes or until loaves sound hollow if tapped. Remove from pans and cool completely.
