2/12 c. Bisquick
1 lb uncooked Pork or Italian sausage your choice
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (16oz)
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
11/12 tsp chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp parsley flakes.

BBQ or Chill sauce if desired

Heat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a bottom and sides of jelly roll pan.
Or cookie sheet

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except BBQ sauce. using hands,
shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place in pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with sauce for dipping.

Can make bigger meat bowls approx. 3 inch big and bake 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown. Put in Spaghetti sauce or cool and freeze for up to 60 days.
