2 T olive oil
1 T. minced garlic
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 large carrots, diced
1 29 ounce can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 15 ounce can canellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 ounce can low sodium green beans, drained
2 small zucchini, sliced
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 bay leaves
a pinch of cayenne pepper
chopped spinach
pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta, set aside. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add all other ingredients except pasta. Cook until flavors merge and zucchini and carrots cook. Serve over pasta.
