1/4 C butter or oleo 9 x 12 Baking dish
1/4 C sifted flour OVEN- 400
1/4 tsp salt
dash cayenne pepper
1 3/4 C Chicken Bouillion 1 C grated Parmesan Cheese
1 egg yolk
3/4 C milk
1/4 C Sherry or any wine
6 oz. can sliced mushrooms
3# cooked/minced Chicken or Turkey( remove skin and bones)
1/2# cooked noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add flour, salt & pepper. Stir. Add bouillion.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Beat yolk. Add milk.. Add some hot sauce to milk. Combine with bouillion mixture.
Stir for a few minutes. ( Slightly thickens)
Add wine,mushrooms & leftover poultry.

Place noodles in baking dish and pour poultry mixture over them.
Sprinkle cheese over mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes. (Until brown on top)
