1/3 cup white wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Romaine lettuce
1 cup cashew pieces
4 ounces Swiss cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, combine onion, vinegar, mustard and sugar. Slowly stream in oil. Stir in poppy seeds. Combine romaine, grated cheese and cashews. Serve with dressing.
