1 package dry active yeast
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 T. olive oil
1 1/2 cups warm water
3 1/3 cups all purpose or bread flour
1 cup wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water. Let sit 10 minutes. Stir the salt and oil into the water and yeast solution. Mix in 1/2 cups all purpose and 1 cup wheat flour. Turn dough onto a clean well floured surface and knead in more flour until dough is no longer sticky. Place the dough in a well oiled bowl and cover with a cloth. Let the dough rise until double, about one hour. Punch down and form into a ball. Let rest for five minutes before rolling out. Preheat oven to 425º. Lightly oil pan and let rolled out dough rise for 15-20 minutes before topping and baking. Top with favorite sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake until golden brown, 15 minutes or more.
