1/2 C Egg Whites
1 1/4 C Sugar
1 Package of Chocolate Chips
2 C Corn Flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 C Moist Shredded Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Egg Whites until frothy.
Gradually beat in the sugar
Continually beating with beater or mixer until very stiff and glossy
Stir in Chocolate Chips, Corn Flakes, Salt, Vanilla and Coconut.

Drop heaping tsp 2 inches apart on ungreased wrapping paper (brown paper bag). Bake until set and delicately brown.

Lift paper with baked cookies onto a damp towel. Let stand one minute. steam will loosen cookies
