Cracker crumbs ( I use Saltines)
Can of Fresh Oysters
Butter
Salt Pepper
Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a shallow baking dish. Place 1 layer of cracker crumbs in the bottom of the dish followed by a layer of oysters. Sprinkle with salt and lots of pepper. Repeat only 1 time - no more than 2 layers of oysters. Cover with a mixture of half & half and the oyster liquid. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
