Cut up chicken pieces with bones and skin (or use breasts but add some butter)
1 cup of rice
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (the condensed kind, not the ready to serve kind) + half can of water
1/2 package of dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the rice, mushroom soup, water and onion soup mix together and put into a baking dish (8 x10 or 9 x13 if recipe is doubled)
Place chicken on top (dab some butter on top of chicken if using breasts)
Bake at 375 for 50 minutes to an hour

Condensed cream of mushroom soup is a good staple to have on hand. BJs sells it in four packs. Dry onion soup mix is also good to have around. You can make soup, dip, gravy, etc.
