10-12 Tomatillos, papery skins peeled off and washed
6 - 8 jalepeno and/or serrano peppers, washed

Directions:
Roast the peppers and tomatillos on a grill or under an oven broiler, turning until all sides are charred. Vegetables will start to become soft.

Cut the stems off the peppers and put in blender with the tomatillos and some salt (maybe 1/2 to 1 teaspoon.)

Blend using the pulsing method until the consistency you want.
