1 Box Cake Mix (I like Duncan Hines Double Fudge cake mix)
Orange Juice Concentrate (= amount to oil in cake mix instructions)
Egg Beaters (= amount to eggs in cake mix instructions)

Frosting
1 Cup Low Fat Sour Cream or 1 Cup Yogurt Cheese (yogurt strained in a cheese cloth until nice and thick)
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Butter

Sauce
1 Pint Raspberries
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Orange Liqueur

Make the cake according to the package instructions but replace the oil and eggs with the designated ingredients. To make the frosting melt the chocolate chips with the butter. Now blend the chocolate mixture with the sour cream or yogurt. Cover the first layer of the cake with a thin layer of frosting. Top the cake with the second layer and finish frosting the cake. Reserve 8 raspberries for garnish. Mash the remaining raspberries through a fine meshed sieve into a small bowl. Discard the seeds. Add the 2 tablespoons of superfine sugar and the Orange Liqueur and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
