4 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pkg long grain Wild Rice (Uncle Ben's)
1 can French style Green Beans - Do not drain
1 can French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Cook, cool and shred chicken breasts
3. Combine all ingredients except onions in casserole dish
4. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes
5. Add onions to top and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes

Personal Notes:
I recommend using bone-in skin-on chicken breasts for maximum flavor. Place into pot with cold water, add a chopped onion, a couple of carrots chopped and a couple of celery stalks chopped. This greatly enhances the flavor and leaves you with some very nice chicken stock for soups or other uses.
