3 8 OZ. PKG. CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED

2 1/2 C. SUGAR [ I USE STEVIA]

4 EGGS

2 T. LEMON JUICE

2 t. VANILLA

5 C. WHIP CREAM

IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH

. ADD EGGS, LEMON JUICE AND VANILLA TO MIXTURE. STIR IN WHIP

CREAM AND BEAT A LITTLE LONGER. FREEZE IN A 4 OR 5 QUART

CONTAINER.
