1 small head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
4 carrots, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 T oil
3 T lemon juice
1 T soy sauce
4 T sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cauliflower and carrots until crisp and tender. Cool and drain. Add onion and season with salt and pepper. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Chill before serving.
