1/2 c butter
1/2 c oil
1 3/4 c / 346g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c / 300g flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c / 63g cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c sour milk or buttermilk
2 c / 230g shredded zucchini

TOPPING
1/4 c chocolate chips
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream butter, add oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine zucchini and milk in a measuring cup. Alternate adding dry mix and zucchini mix to butter mixture (starting and ending with flour).

Pour in greased and floured 9x13 pan. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl, then sprinkle topping over batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

High altitude adjustment: decrease to 2 1/4 c / 270g flour and 1/4 c oil.
Sour Cream option: instead of sour milk, use 1 c sour cream and increase baking powder by 1/2 tsp.
