Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs or stuffing
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce or barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. hamburger seasoning salt
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, parsley, and minced onion. Mix together then form 8 meatballs. Roll each meatball in rice so rice sticks. Put meatballs in a large skillet. Make sauce by combining tomato sauce and seasoning. Pour sauce over each meatball. Can use more sauce to make sure each meatball is covered. Carefully pour water into skillet between meatballs. Cover the skillet and simmer over medium/low heat for 20-25 minutes or until meat no longer pink.

Hint: Use 1/4 c. measuring cup to scoop out the meat so the meatballs will be about the same size.
