4 to 5 center cut pork chops
2 tsp. oil
3/4 c. or less grape jelly
Soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. or more Dijon mustard
Pepper and salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown chops in oil. Salt and pepper both sides of chops. Pour soy sauce over each side when turning to cook.
Stir together sauce ingredients. Pour over chops. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
To keep warm, place in 350º oven in small baking dish.

It is the cut of the pork chops that makes the difference. Center cut is always more tender.
