3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
1 oven roasting bag (17 1/2 inches x 16 inches)
1 fresh beef brisket (5 pounds), trimmed
1 can (16 oz.) cranberry sauce
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 tbsp. flour in the roasting bag; shake to coat. Place bag in an ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan; place brisket in bag.
Combine the cranberry sauce, soup, tomato sauce, soup mix and remaining flour; pour over beef. Seal the bag. Cut slits in top of the bag according to package directions.
Bake at 325º for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Don't cook too long or it will burn. Let stand for 5 minutes. Carefully remove brisket from bag. Thinly slice meat across the grain; serve with gravy.
