2 cans of baby clams
6-8 pieces of bacon
4 c. potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, add 1 1/2 c. water, potatoes, celery and onion. Cook 20 minutes. Add clams, 3/4 c. milk, the half & half and the cream. Cream together the rest of the milk and flour and add. Bring to a boil. Serve.
