"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pizza dough: (You can used pre-made pizza dough) Filling:
4 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 8oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp sugar 1tsp Italian seasonings (oregano, basil, etc)
1/2 cup warm water Pepperoni (cut and sliced)
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle yeast and sugar over warm water in small bowl. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Let stand 5 min or until mixture is bubbly
2. Put 1 1/2 cups flour and salt in med bowl. Stir in yeast mixture and 1 tbsp oil. Stir until smooth, soft dough forms. Put dough on lightly floured surface. Knead using as much of the remaining flour as needed to make a stiff elastic dough. Shape into a ball and put in a large greased bowl. Turn the dough ball to grease the entire surface. Cover with a kitchen towel.
3. Let dough rise in warm place for 30-45 min (until it has doubled in size)
4. Punch dough down. Knead lightly on floured surface and let it stand for 5 min or more.
5. Flatten dough then roll out to desired shape. (for rolls I roll into a big rectangle but you can use this for several recipes)
6. Mix filling ingredients, then sprinkle on top of dough. Roll dough into a cylinder shape. With a greased knife, cut into slices about 2 inches wide.
7. Bake at 400 F (or package directions) for 20 min or until crust is golden brown.
