3 oz pkg lime jello
1-1/2 c hot water
pinch salt
5 oz can carnation milk
1 c shredded carrots
1 c chopped celery
1 c shredded cheese
1 c chopped walnuts
15 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lime jello, salt, into hot water - let set until think-like syrup. Then (with mixer) whip carnation mile until think. Add thickened jello to whipped milk until well blended. Fold in shredded carrots, chopped celery, shredded cheese and chopped walnuts. Drain can of pineapple. Fold into jello mixture. Pour into jello mold.
