1 loaf day-old bread, cut into 1″ slices
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread slices in an oven-safe dish. Mix the first six ingredients together whisk to combine. Pour over bread. Cover dish with foil and put in the fridge overnight. Don’t even think about it until about an hour before your guests arrive. Take the French toast casserole dish out of the fridge and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix pecan praline topping ingredients together then uncover the French toast casserole and spread topping mix over the French toast casserole. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden and bubbly on top. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
