2 lbs. of chicken tenders or 4 breasts
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/8 tsp. of pepper
1/2 c. of whole milk or heavy cream
3 c. of shredded cheese
1 tsp. of dried parsley

SAUCE:
1 10oz. can of cream of chicken
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. of butter

Directions:

~Crush crackers
~Pour milk, cheese, and cracker crumbs into separate bowls
~Add the salt and pepper to the cracker crumbs
~Dip chicken in milk, then the cheese, then the crumbs
~Put in lightly buttered glass baking dish, cover with foil
~Bake at 400º for 35 minutes
~Remove foil, bake another 10-15 minutes until brown and crispy
~Make sauce on stovetop and serve over chicken
