1 packet Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.

Stir together brownie mix, flour, eggs and oil in a medium bowl. Put in the refrigerator for 10-30 minutes.
Place powdered sugar in a separate small bowl.
For each cookie, use small scoop for approximately 1 tablespoon of dough.
Place ball in powdered sugar and coat thoroughly.
Place 2 inches apart on silpat cookie sheet.
Bake 11-13 minutes, then remove silpat with cookies to cooling rack. After a couple minutes, remove from silpat and place on rack. Once totally cool, place in covered tin.
