4 large Onions, sliced
4 c. zucchini, sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
3 qt. water
2 Tbsp. granulated onion
1/2 c. Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/4 c. organic vegan mushroom sauce
1 Tbsp. carob powder
1 Tbsp. black strap molasses
1 Tbsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. ground bay leaf
1/2 tsp. savory
1 tsp. salt or to taste
3 Tbsp. arrowroot powder dissolved in 1/2 c water
1/4 c. olive oil, (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large pot reserving last two until the end. Cook until onions are soft. Add arrowroot continuing to cook until broth takes on a glossy and somewhat thicker appearance. Turn off the heat and stir in oil if desired.
